Who Are You in This World? -- The Link to Endometriosis
Posted by: Kiana Asherah
Every physical symptom in the body is due to repressed emotion or trauma.
Endometriosis is no different. This has to do with your femininity.
Who are you in the world?
Who are you here to be?
Are you fulfilling your role?
Are you suppressing gifts, creativity, your authentic self?
Are you carrying unresolved grief and sorrow?
Are you lacking self love, are you disappointed in yourself consciously or subconsciously?
Do you have feelings of neglect, not worthy of love, feel discriminated against?
This can be the result of the patriarchal society and a highly chauvinistic household.

Endometriosis affects about 10- 15% of women. It is a common cause of infertility. During menstruation for unknown reasons sometimes the excess tissue detaches from the uterus wall and spreads into other parts of the body where it can cause severe problems. This abnormal tissue has been found on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, bladder, and occasionally in the lungs, elbows, head, brain, and nasal passages. The immune system perceives the bleeding as a type of cut, and tries to heal it, forming scar tissue and possibly cysts. This can result in serious inflammation and pain.
Endometriosis is a hyperestrogenic disease (produced by an oversecretion of estrogen). The consumption of dairy, beef and chicken products can stimulate the overproduction of these hormones in our bodies due to the hormones injected in cows and chickens.
Healing is a
holistic approach of mind, body and soul. Diet, herbs and supplements are important while you are going into the emotional side
Things you can start doing now to help regulate estrogen levels:
- Remove dairy, beef and chicken from the diet
- Remove plastics that you store food in
- Consume LOTS of greens
- Ensure you are getting enough plant based protein daily
- Drink lemon water first thing in the morning
- Build muscle by lifting weights
- Take Ashwagandha tincture or supplement

- Eat organic berries
- Eat broccoli sprouts
- Eat seaweed (iodine)
- Eat cruciferous veggies every day
Symptoms of Endometriosis:
(From: "Taking Charge of Your Fertility")
The first three symptoms are the classic signs, but not all women will experience them. One of the most puzzling aspects of the condition is that the degree of pain it causes is completely unrelated to its severity. It may produce absolutely no symptoms even though it has spread extensively, or cause debilitating pain with just a minor amount of spreading.
- Intense menstrual cramps
- Pain during intercourse, especially with deep penetration
- Infertility
- Chronic pelvic pain, including lower back pain
- Heavy or irregular bleeding
- Premenstrual spotting
- Intestinal pain
- Painful urination or bowel movements during menstrual periods
- Fatigue
- Low-grade fever
- Low resistance to infection
The 4 week live online course, Prepare Your Body for Conception, goes into more depth about hormonal imbalances and gives you a plan to start incorporating some of these things into your life. It also has tools to use to work on clearing repressed emotions and grief and the stuck energy contributing to endometriosis.
